DESCRIPTION:Le jeudi 7 mai 2026, l’ARPE Normandie, Transition’Eure et La maison de l’habitat Seine-Eure organisent la visite d’un chantier de rénovation réalisé en auto-réhabilitation accompagnée (ARA), à destination des habitants de l’agglomération ayant des projets de rénovation ainsi que des professionnels du bâtiment.\nCes évènements ont pour but de rassembler, d’informer et de permettre les échanges entre habitants et professionnels du bâtiment, en faisant intervenir d’autres professionnels. Ils ont lieu régulièrement sur le territoire de avec des thématiques différentes.\nProgramme\n17:15 – Présentation à la Maison des associations Clef Vallée d’Eure\nPrésentation des étapes et des enjeux clés pour bien préparer son chantier en Auto-Réhabilitation Accompagnée (ARA)\n18:00 – Visite du chantier à La Croix-Saint-Leufroy\nVisite du chantier co-réalisé par l’habitant et l’artisan en Auto-Réhabilitation Accompagnée (ARA). Il s’agit un bâti ancien entièrement rénové avec des matériaux biosourcés dans le respect du patrimoine.
